The service

Limited Night Planner helps hosts estimate component needs, generate a timetable and seating rotation, run a timer, and prepare a host sheet. It is rules-neutral and is not affiliated with any game publisher.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking component compatibility, official game rules, venue requirements, and the accuracy of counts you enter. Generated pairings and time estimates are planning aids, not guarantees.

Night Pass

The optional Night Pass is a $9 one-time license that unlocks an unlimited local archive of plan snapshots. The core planner, timer, print view, and data exports remain free. Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record and handles payment and refunds. A refund revokes the corresponding license. A license is for the purchaser’s own devices and may not be resold.

Availability and warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. Offline use depends on your browser retaining the installed service worker and local data. Keep a JSON export for important events. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the planner.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, automate abusive license checks, or use it unlawfully. You retain responsibility for and ownership of the event information you enter.

Changes

Material changes will be dated on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
