What the planner stores

Your event name, dates, participant names, inventory, notes, timer state, and optional archives are stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. A Night Pass license and its last verification result are stored in localStorage. We do not receive your event plan.

Billing and license checks

If you buy or verify a Night Pass, your browser connects to the Sociobot billing API. Sociobot and Dodo, its payment provider and merchant of record, process purchase and license information under their own policies. Limited Night Planner sends only the license token required for verification; it does not send your plan.

Network and analytics

The app has no advertising, behavioral analytics, trackers, third-party fonts, or social embeds. The hosting service may retain standard security logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp. The app itself does not set analytics cookies.

Your control

Use JSON or CSV export to keep a copy. “Start over” removes the current plan; archived plans can be removed individually. Clearing this site’s browser data removes plans, archives, and the stored license from that browser.
